Sears Sent refurbished parts. Hoffman Estates,, Illinois

     My timer went out on my Sears Kenmore Washer about a month ago.  I called them they came back with a refurbished part. It's a good thing I check both appliances while washing clothes.  I was able to catch it in time.  I used it again and it burnt the motor out.  It could have been a disastrous  event.  That washer was only 6 years old.

      I called them again they then sent another refurbished timer.  I called a third time and they sent the same part. 

     Needless to say I was feed up with their parts service.  So I was scared to death to use this washer at all. 

     I called a local company purchased another washer and they only put in new parts.

     Sears is refunding my money on the washer extended service.  I also bought a new dryer at the same time but have this fear if something goes wrong then the will replace it with used parts.
