Sears Refuse to replace washer after 7 FAILED attempts to fix within last 4 months, 3 times within the last 3 weeks Southern California California

Bought a new Kenmore Washer from Sears approximately 2-3 years ago. Bought a Warranty
that covers EVERYTHING.
Have had trouble the last 4 months with the washer. Have had a minimum of 7 Technicians attempt to fix my washer and pretty much every major part has been replaced and yet, no one has fixed it correctly.
Sears just wants to keep sending out technicians and they say they cant do anything for me other than that. i want my washer replaced with a new one, not a refurbished machine.

I am an employee of Sears Service and if what you are saying is the truth, you are most definately entitled to a new machine. If the Associates you are dealing with refuse to help you, take your contract into the nearest Sears Retail Store and there is a section in that contract that clearly states if a product has failed 3 times within one year for the same problem, you as the consumer are entitled to a replacement. On behalf of Sears I would like to apologise for the poor service or lack there of that you have recieved and I hope this information will help you.

Sears has changed their satisfaction guaranteed policy this year to 90 days. Need to check with your local store. I found out this myself.

Sears states, "Satisfaction Guaranteed". So call them and state very clearly, "I'm not satisfied with that". Then tell them if they can not satisfy you, to please give you to someone higher up.
If this is not done, or you don't get satisfaction, call Chicago Headquarters. I don't have that number, but the Service Depot does. Ask for it, and call them.
When talking to them, use the same words, "I'm not satisfied". This is what works. They will ignore you until you use those words and inform them you will call Chicago on them.
I have used this many times and have been "satisfied" every time by it. Try it!
