I bought this Elipical Exercise maching from Sears in South Oklahoma city and it broke down in a few months. the console wasnt showing any nos. just a blank blue screen. i took the console to Sears and the customer service was pathetic. there wasn't an element of compassion and/or politeness. a clerk there told me that either i have to bring in the whole unit (not the console alone) to have them check it. To have someone come out and look at it, i have to pay $99.00 and then for labor and parts, extra. this is ridiculous. this is the worst customer service i ever had.
