My house Burned to the Ground in the San Diego Firestorm. I found a metal box, full of charred Craftsman tools. Great! With lifetime, unlimited guarantee. NOT! They only say that to trick you into giving them money. They don't really honor their 'guarantees' or give a d**n about any fire victims. If they were interested in g ood PR, they would ADVERTISE that they are helping victims, not screw them quietly. Just bad PR, and I now refuse to ever set foot into one of their cesspools.
