I bought the same(04/20/2011) thing  but instead of doing it online I went to my nearest Sears Store to purchase the item and I paid on the store with my debit card  for the item of a Xbox360 with Kinect bundle . When I got to the store i ask the sales rep. that i need a Xbox 360 with kinect bundle so he look at his system and pulled out this item. So I paid at the store with my debit card and the only thing that the sales rep. the item was told me was that it was going to be deliver to me at house he never told me that it was buying from a 3rd party. I called Sears the same day to get a conformation number and the tracking number and they told me that they couldn't provide me with the tracking number that the only thing they could provide me is with Hester Entertainment phone number(912-687-4926 ) and to give them a call i been calling this number but there is no respond.  I did not realize that I was dealing with a third party seller in till a called Sears. Like the costumer services was not helping me at all with this situation I decide to chat with one of there customer services and i told him that i had a proof that i bought the item thru the store and he recommend me to go to the store and get my money back. Now i cant get my money back or store credit because they don't want to deal with the problem.
