Seaside Computers Horrible products and service Surfside Beach South Carolina

I purchased a used Dell in February 2008 for 400 bucks. After two weeks it was finally ready. This was after being told every time I went up there prior to those two weeks that it was not ready yet.
First computer last a few days and then it completely died. I took it back. 2 weeks later another computer was ready for me.

I got home and no cd drive.

Was told to bring it back and they would install one for me. What kidn of ghetto computer doesn't have a cd drive?? SO basic.

The new computer never worked properly. It was slow and constantly froze up on me. I was always hitting end program now. For 400 dollars I didn't expect a brand new computer but something that is at least works. 400 bucks is a lot of money to me.

So, after 6 months of using this crippled computer, it too died. I brought it to another computer store and was told that because it didn't have a cd drive, they didn't know how to reinstall all operatiing system, which is what has to be done. They were trying to find one that is older so that it is compatible with my piece of s**t computer. I gave up.

I just bought a new Dell, directly from Dell for $600. I have certainly learned my lesson.

These crooks at Seaside should be shut down. They are liars and completely dishonest. And, I just found out the owner, who also owns Computer Inferno is in jail for being a crook. Nice.
