Seatcovers Unlimited Did not receive all covers and Company would not stand behind product Mesa Arizona

I ordered the front seat cover for my Ford F150 that has a 40/20/40 seat.  I ordered them in November and after a phone call a week before Christmas I finally received them the day before Christmas (they were a Christmas gift).

The 20 part of the seat was missing.  When I called the company I was told that the center part is extra and would be another $50.  I told him that the description was for a 40-20-40 seat with 3 head sets and deluxe console.  I explained that his order site was certainly misleading because according to the above description, it should be the entire front seat. 

When I told the person that answered the phone that I was very unhappy and that I would not order from them again.  His answer was "good" and hung up.  The seatcovers were a real pain to put on and they are not any better than the universal ones that you can purchase at any auto parts store.  Do not order from this company
