I saw the 5 for $5 also.  They charged me $2 first time.  Never received anything.  They say it was delivered.  We were out of town when they say it was delivered.  Not even 4 days later we were charged another $39.70 for another shipment we did not get.  We call and they tell us a supervisor will call us back, 2 days later we call again.  They tell us they wont do a refund until they receive products back.  We can't ship something back we did not get.  We cancelled our membership with them Oct. 5th.  They delete my account online.  I figure its over.  October 30 they charge us another $79, again no order arrived.  Our account is supposed to be closed and done.  We cancelled our card that it was charged on, the card owner is doing a fraud investigation and we filed a complaint with the Chicago BBB.  Tmrw we are going to our bank.  The card we used was tied into our bank account.  Because of this, we are out the money for now and cannot pay what is out there already so we will end up with return check charges way more than what they charged me.  This place should not be allowed to stay in business. 

I did check out their website again and see now that it says 5 for $5 each on it.  They changed that since I was on their site the end of September.  Their refund policy is a bunch of BS, states that they do ONLY refund credit within their store and only can use it with them.  This is crap and should not be tolerated.  If anyone knows anything else we can do to try to recover our money, please email me with suggestions.  Shoulf of checked ripoffreport before made the purchase!!  I learned my lesson, hope others find out about this company before they lose money too!!  I thought unauthorized card charges were illegal?  How can they get away with doing this???

I just found out that this company goes by yet another name that I have not seen listed on any reports  yet.  Their other name is Cafe Saporito.  They are now shipping the same coffee as Direct Coffee and Seattle Coffee Direct but with different name but under the same address.  They are charging $79 for 2 packages of coffee now.  Please be aware of this and do not order from them.  They send a slip in the coffee that says thank you for ordering from Cafe Saporito when I have never heard of them.  The package went back to them as I did NOT order it.  I did talk to someone last week about being charged the $79 and they told me I would get a refund.  Yeah right.  Like I believe that.  Someone needs to put a stop to them and soon.  They are ripping people off.
