Seawest Financial Corporationp ripoff abused & mistreated Columbus Ohio

My name is Edward Higgins and I have a account with seawest that is current I have missed no payments and dont intend to. My problem with Seawest is my daughter financed a car with them while she was living with her boyfriend.

Seawest is trying to hold me responsible for her debts. She is 25 years old. They told me they would not stop calling my home and a represenitive named Damion even suggested I pay her notes for her.

I did not sign for her and even advised her against her purchase. I had a immediate death in the family an this man continued to call my home. they sent a letter of intent to reposses on Feb 11 2002 and this is March 22 2002.

I took a day off work and called my account manager and told her I was going to get a Lawyer and sue them for harrassment and emotional distress. She had someone speak to me told me they would come get the car which was at my home broken down and no one would be calling me again.

Needless to say now a female is calling and leaving messages on my answering machine. I am fed up with this companys bullshit. I have asked these people not to call me.I have demanded these people not to call me.Someone please help me for everyhing I say is true.
