Billing issues, ads sold for books never published, embellished circulation stats and Internet ads sold for a service that no one sees.

This company is owned by Carlos Slim, the richest man in the world, a Latin version of Rupert Murdoch.

But don't take my word for it just google "seccion amarilla complaint" and judge for yourself.
