I entered into a agreement with Second Chance Credit Solutions for $400.00 to clean up my credit, so my wife and I could purchase a home. It was a 90 day agreement that began on May 30, 2004. This company has not come through for me in the time specified in the agreement and for what I paid for. I constantly try to contact the company and I can't get hold of anyone or get anyone to call me back.
I feel like I was ripped off and didn't receive the service agreed upon. The owner of the company was very difficult to reach by phone or email. He would not return messages I left for him on his voice mail. I feel I was scammed out of $400.00 and I warn anyone from using this credit reporting business.
