Two young men came to my door selling magazines. Had a young son and was trying to support him. If he does good on this job, he will get a promotion and a raise.
After about an hour, he finally talked me into taking 2 magazines. One was a birthday gift for a 4 year old. The check was cashed in 7 days. After 120 days I started calling.
Left message after message after message. Did finally talk to Amelia Carter. She stated she would send a refund. Then one of the magazines started coming but the 2nd one never showed up and I did not get a refund.
I think they think you will misplace or lose the receipts and therefore, you have no way to contact them.
Called the other day and it says the mailbox is full so I requested it page the person, if there is even a pager associated with this number. I will keep calling and paging. Maybe for nothing but hope I am an aggrevation to them if they really have a pager.
I will never again buy anything from anybody at my door unless I know them like a school kid selling for the school and I know them. I'm cured

Email address has never worked. I usually call on a daily bases. Last time the mailbox was full and this morning I reached a recording that states " the customer has changed the number to accept local calls only". Guess I'll write a letter this time although I fully expect the P.O. Box to be invaled or given up. All I have to lose is the price of a stamp. After all, they swindled me for more than that.
