I received the trial products on Jan 12. The first time that I tried the products on the same day I already know I do not like them. Their claim that Secret Srums MY SECRET ANTI-AGING TREATMENT™and MY INSTANT LINE FILLER™* "Won't flake or ball up" is clearly not true. I followed the instructions to the letter and it pille don my skin so bad. It left a sticky residue and needed to be rinsed off to get rid of all the balled up products on my face.

 

Today (Jan 23) I got charged for another 30-day supply. When I called, the rep on the phone with me (Natasha) was no  help at all. She basically blamed me for not calling in during the 15-day trial period to cancel and not be charged for the renewal. She also hung up on me.

Well, first of all, the 15-day trial period begins on the day you order the trial products, and not on the day when you actually receive them. So by the time you have actually tried them, the half of the trial period is already done. How are you supposed to form a credible and honest opinion of a product your are trying if you do not have emough time to see results?

Second, I sent an email to Customer Service on the same day that I received and tried the product, and I never heard from the company. When I called again today (after Natasha rudely terminated my call -- she actually stayed on the line and just put herself on mute, I guess to technically not hang up on me), I was told that emails from customers are to be read and responded to within 48 hours of receipt. The second agent I spoke to had no idea nor explanation on why my email was not responded to. She offered the lame excuse that their email service was down over the weekend -- this was 11 days after I sent my email. 

I feel that I did my part in reporting the no flake issue to them with ample time during the trial period. I wanted to give them the chance to defend their products, but a systems down issue on their end should not be my problem and should not be used against me.
