I saw online a product that was supposedly on Shark Tank. I click on the link went to website for "free trial" had to pay shipping only so I clicked on the icon then up comes another free product pay shipping only. Once I did that I should have paid less than $15, suddenly another product comes up, they all ready have my infomation did not see any way to cancel the order. Ended up costing me about $35.
Find you today they have charged another $176.41 to my account.
I do not know where the information was on the site that they would be charging me any more money.
I want my account credited. Please advise what I need to do. This is a scam, a ripoff!
I do not want the product!

No Sharon. The $35 was the "free" part. Then I was charged $176.41

I purchased off a Facebook ad and was charged for two samples about $5 each, which I ordered but never received. The order page mentioned NO ongoing relationship for further products. I received 2 bottles with a card that had no mention of any 15 day TRIAL period to cancel or be slammed with $180. more. I only found out when I got my Credit Card statement. They offered 25% refund when I called, but doubt I'll ever see it. BEWARE! This company is unscrupulous. Online ads are too easy to change, and then say that you were informed that you needed to cancel or be charged more. Now all of a sudden all the disclaimers are up on their site after they've received thousands of dollars with trickery.
