Secure Horizons subsidary of United Health Care are cheaters in Cypress, California

I purchased a supplemental dental insurance through SecureHorizons for my brother as his legal guardian.  They denied paying the covered claim because of a change in the original health insurance policy.

He qualified for a low-income status for prescriptions and that was added to his health insurance policy.  Because of that change, Secure Horizons said the supplemental dental insurance was no longer effective.

They cashed my check for payment, and never told me about how any change in the health insurance would change a supplemental plan.  They said they would use the money for the next month instead of the month he had dental work done.

Four 4 months they claimed they never received the "representative form" which I had to mail 3 times.  All this time I was hoping to clear the matter and was paying the supplemental fee. 

Next I canceled the supplemental insursance.  So they started to take the premiums directly out of his social security checks without permission!  That took even more months to get the money back.  I am currently appealing their decision to not pay for covered expenses with Maximus Federal Services.
