Secures.tech.net Phone service from institution is deplorable Internet

Secures.net is a new phone service in a Jail in which my Husband is being held.  It costs $6.95 every time you place "Time" on the account in which your loved one is calling you from.  It then costs another $1.50 each time they call you and .25cents per minute.  okay whenever He calls they have an automated message that  comes on and says that "THIS CALL IS BEING TERMINATED - NO THIRD PARTY CALL ALLOWED", So My Husband calls back because we only got to speak at most 2minute and it happens again, he calls back and again.  Well no one else is in my home and there is no FAX machine on and they know it is all we look forward too.  SO WHY do theese idiots get away with it?  Because most jails, prison, etc. have phones in which you speak into - they use intercoms not handsets and it is loud in the cell block and the echo is enormous and these assholes continue to get away with this because they know there is no other way for use to speak to our family or friends. They charge $1.50 for each calll and then another .25cents and when and if you do actually get to talk to your people "WHOM ARE LOCKED UP" you have eaten up all the money on your account.
