Do you really expect us to believe the writings of the HR Director. Its like asking Hitler if he really was a bad guy.

I would just like to state that I have almost entirely gone through the interview process and it is nothing like how you just explained it. It has been very in depth and very long. They have done back ground checks, reference checks, three interviews, one DISK evaluation, and I'm still not done. Doesn't sound anything like how you just explained it. As for the owing you money, I don't know. I haven't been hired yet. I do know that they pay very well for the two weeks of training and even fly you out and put you in a hotel during that training. All paid for, plus compensation. 

I am the Director of Human Resources/Corporate Compliance with Security Alarm Now.  Without knowing who this individual is, it is difficult to ascertain or provide specific information regarding their experience.

However, I can confidently state that we do not bring anyone on board without a thorough due diligence process that includes background checks, credit checks (where applicable by law, not in California), employment verifications and reference checks.
