As a ex-employee of this company I would like to speak out about my opinion to everyone out there not to use this company for business purposes or every be employed for them. I had been employed for quite some time and was wrongfully terminated. What I did, yes I do know it was wrong(company policy) but it was not illegal or immoral ...but when another employee does the exact same thing and is not repremanded what is wrong with that situation, maybe a little discrimination or favortism?
First lets start with how the company operates and harrasses customers. Company policy says that you are to contact certain people on a specific list 4-5 times a day and to go to their home just about the same. The company does not care what the circumstances surrounding the customers problems are. You are to call, call, call, harass, call, call job, call references, call and visit the house repeatdly everyday. Yes they owe the money but must we harrass a family who can't even afford to buy groceries for their family taking care of their dying husband? No not in my opinion.
As an ex employee I was threatened ( including killed, beaten, whooping some a*s), chased,( by dogs, people) strangled ( with their bare hands), held hostage by a crazy pyscho woman and they did nothing, ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!!!!! Their motto is "You make the difference", yeah I make a difference in whether the vp gets his 20 thousand dollar furniture( for one room) or not. Yes he told us that as we worked about 50 hours a week and barely made enough money to support our families. As an employee of this company you will have and never have a life, so forget the family and kids.
The higher up people( supervisors, vice presidents etc) love to make money, but who doesn't but to force loans on people that either can not repay due to financial circumstances or give them more than they qualify for just to satisfy your pocketbook is immoral. Then when its your turn to collect and you can not collect these accounts your are told that it is your ultimate responsiblity to do this and to do what ever it takes..WHATEVER it takes.
This company also reminds me of junior high. Gossip, gossip, gossip. I think that you must have a degree in Backstabbing to be employed. One person in particular, I will not name names but if you read this you know who you are...it is of common courtesy to not talk about people behind their back or that is how I was raised. I guess that makes the difference between normal folks and your inbred self. Every person that I came in contact with at this company is a self righteous, know it all biggot. Yeah you were my boss but there is no reason to go and talk to another employee on the same level as myself before termination about ME!!! Period end of disscussion. As a supervisor you should maintain the respect for each of your employees and not gossip...remind me again how old you are? Supervisors should also have balls and stand up to that specific employee who continues to disobey company policy, and tell them not to gossip, hey better yet not participate. I think its called favortism? Hey thats being used alot is this letter.
I dont know if I am just having a hard time getting past what type of backstabbing, white trash motives that I went thru or that I just really want people to know. I was viciously attacked, had a horrible car accident ( all on company time) and was never once asked how I was doing, did I need anything...It was always you need to come back to work, your office is not peforming well. Did you think maybe its was because I could not walk or have an automobile?
Please beware of this company. They operate under many names and are all over the country, roughly 925 offices nationwide including Mexico. Please do not get sucked into their vortex. They may offer you good benefits, well pay but it is absolutly not worth it.
