This company DOES prey on our young military boys who often join the military because their homelife either wasn't the best and they knew they were better or they needed that steady paycheck to feed their family.

It would have been nice if they truly wanted to help but that is just their ploy to get you to sign those papers on that almost brand new vehicle! Now you belong to them, not only do you belong to them for 5-7 years of almost $500/month payments that will never go down, and you cannot refinance the vehicles because they don't meet the standards of todays regular vehicle loans. After all that they will reposess your vehicle after you struggled but have paid for 4 years and you have already paid over $23,000 on a $16,000 loan.

Then after that 5-6 months later they will start calling all of your family members, your sister, mother, and yes even the grandparents to try to resolve this matter of him still owing $4000 on a truck they took from this DISABLED VET 9 months ago! I just don't understand, uncaring, money hungry, whatever..... yep, YOUNG Military please be aware of this company!

Jim I came accros your comments concerning disabled veterans and was very disgruntled reading it you are not sympathetic and lack empathy I am a veteran who was disabled and currently receive disability you stated that the veteran with a disability was using it as an excuse so I will give you my scenario I have never missed a payment with snacc even after I was medically released from the military due to injuries still I receive constant calls and my parents receive constant calls stating that I am in debt I am over and under in the vehicle and can't refinance it or trade it but I have never been in debt and all I receive monthly is disability and I am full time student. It is disheartening to know there are people in this world like you that think that it is right to take advantage of the weak as well as young soldiers to make money this business is totally unethical and by you supporting thus business sir you to are unethical I will not dispute the fact that I however blindly signed a contract but if I am honoring said contract there is no need for harrasing calls to discuss the obvious of payments snacc receives monthly from me if you are part of this crooked company I hope you sleep well at night

You're right it doesn't, and he was NOT a veteran when he signed the contract either.  He was an 18 year old KID who just left home, started making some money, and needed transportation; so these thugs decided to stick it to him, teach him a lesson!  If you keep reading about this company you will find that they partner with car dealers around the area of military bases. They PREY on the young kids who just got to the base and need transportation. These kids don't "know" anyone yet and they are so far from home. They just need to be able to get around without walking  But these THIEVES, HIDE all that fine print about how you sold them your soul and your first born for a dodge charger! And hey if you live to come home from over there (Afghanistan) you better be prepaired to give them what they want or else!  Trust me these people send threatening text messages to. They make commission if they collect from people who have already had their vehicle repo'd.  They would take food out of a baby's mouth if it would benefit them. Sorry but I can't stand people like that. Have a great day!

This Is An Offense

This report...and all which are similar...are an offense to Veterans everywhere.  The borrower being a Veteran has NOTHING to do with the facts in this report.  All you are trying to do is pull out whatever card you need to seek sympathy.  Anybody...ANYBODY who would sign ANY contract without reading it, whether they are a Veteran or not, needs to have their head examined!

SNAAC Rebuttal

AUTHOR: Snaac - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, October 23, 2013

Security National Automotive Acceptance Company (SNAAC) was established in 1986 as a specialty finance company that purchases and services retail sales finance contracts acquired from auto dealers in the sale of new and used automobiles.  When we become aware of complaints related to the selling auto dealership, we are very limited in our ability to assist.  We are one of many financing options a dealership has, and the deals are negotiated prior to it being assigned to us.  We regret any situation in which one of our customers is unsatisfied with their car buying or financing experience.

Once contracts are purchased, it is our intention to provide world class customer service.   We encourage anyone with complaints or concerns to visit http://www.snaac.com/ripoffreport.aspx to begin the dispute resolution process or to better understand our role in their credit transactions.

Please note that inaccuracies, falsehoods and malicious commentary may be posted to this site.  It is our policy not to defend or respond to any specific claims in a public manner.

None of this has ANYTHING to do with "young military boys"...

and has EVERYTHING to do with said "boys" signing a contract without reading/comprehending it.  YOU are the one who agreed to the terms and now feel cheated because you have an entitlement mentality.  It sounds like the main cause of your trouble is you are a serial deadbeat.  Yes, YOU admit to "struggling" to pay back what you agreed to.

Man up and try to use this as a hard lesson in life..blaming others dooms you to repeat the same in the future.
