I am a us soldier who was scamed in to buying a car while at airborne school in GA. i was told that i was geting a good deal. a few of my frinds had gone and got cars from this dealer ship so i thought i would check it out.

when i got there they had E1 throw E8 on the windows of all the cars saying that if you were that paygrad in the millitary that it would be no money down, so i test drove a few cars there and i like an 03 eclips covirtable. they showerd me a carfax report and it was clean there was nuthing rogn with the car that i could find. im a macnic for the army so i check what i new to look for. i told them that i need a good car cus i had to drive from GA to WA. they told me how good a deal it was, sead i wouldnt be paying that much. i asked how much i would be paying they told me agine not that much. so i asked what the price of the car was they told me $13,000 the blue book on the car that they showed me was 13,500 so i thought i was geting a good deal.

so i got the car didnt know that i would be paying 500 a month for the car and the next day the brakes whent out on the car. they fixed them and sead they didnt have any idea there was a problm with the car. i told them i really didnt want the car any more cus something didnt feel right about it. i even had one of my nco's go down and talk to the guy they ended up giveing me an worinty on the car so i thought every than was good. told me that there wasnt going to be any charge for it.

a day after that both rear struts whent out while i was driveing. i pulled over and i called the dealer ship i wasnt happy .i told them that it was it i didnt want the car any more .they asked me ware i was at i told them there was a shop right acrost the street and they sead if i could get it there and pay to have them fixed to brign them the recit for it and they would repay me. so i did.

so i paid $300 to get them replaced then when i got to the dealer ship the gave me a bunch of stuff telling me that i shouldnt of dun that i should of brought it back to them even tho i called them and told them what was going on. now i was really up set they gave me $100 for that and then they sead they would have one of there macincs look at and make shure there was nuthing els rogn with the car. he came back and sead its all good so i took it to a shop to have them look at it they sead every than looks to be ok the car is just really dirty underneth.

so i started on my way to WA got a day in to the drive on I 29 with cruse set and the transmission whent out. so at this point im almost 1000 miles away from the dealer ship ,so i called SNAAC and they told me that there was nuthing that they could do so i better pay for a tranny. so i called the dealer ship they told me they would call SNAAC and talk to them. well two days of siting and coasting me money out of pockit to stay at a hottel and be with out a car not to minchin i had to have the car towed to a dealership that i had to pay for and im only a pfc at the time ,i didnt make much money so finly the dealer ship set something up with the dealer in GA and they started takeing out the old transmission and the place i bought the car from was seanding a used transmission. so they get it in the car and i get to WA. i get deployed to iraq and i had the car in storige. i got married on my RR from iraq and i had my car shipt home on a flat bed ,coast me about a grand. my wife and doughter needed a car to get arownd.

now the transmission is going out agine i called SNAAC cus im sapost to be geting a %6 intrist rate while deployed and i was told that i wasnt deployed that i was makeing it up so i mailed a copy of my orders to them .then they told me there was nuthing i can do and now my intrist rate is at %15.5 and the car that was sapost to be 13,000 turns out to be well over 20,000 and they wont do any than about it.

i dont know what to do im stuck with a car that has a pay off of 16,000 on it and im in iraq my wife is due with are seconed chiled in feb and even if i do get a new car im going to be paying way to much for it all cus of SNAAC and when i call them to talk to them they hagn up on me. they told me i missed a payment but it comes out of my check so i think they were trying to get me to pay duble for something that i didnt miss. but its funy i told them i wasnt sending a nether payment and they havent talked to me since. what should i do some one plz tell me
