R.T.C.E Security Deception Queens New York

This company is very deceptive in its practices. I went to RTCE on January 24 for an interview with a Ms Jones however she was not in I spoke to a man named Mr. Oliver who interviewed me telling me of a job paying 14/hr in the Wall street district and that I would need special training to get this 14/hr job. I told him I already had my 8hr and 16 hr as well as fireguard certificates, and more over my security license by the state of New York. He told me I would need three courses in security at RTCE Homeland Security, Metal Detection, and Anti-Terrorism upon completion I would be hired for a security job paying 14/hr. I paid for all three classes and started with the metal detection class that same day.

I completed the class that day and went back to complete the remaining two classes on what was suppose to be my last day of class a man by the name of Mr. Mathews told me that he made a mistake in that he scheduled me for a 3pm course on that Friday which would not begin until 6pm. Seeing that I was upset about this he told me not to worry between me and him that he would give me the certification anyway; I would not have to attend the class just comeback on Tuesday for job placement. I did go back on Tuesday I got my three certificates and two referrals. I went to one company showed the referral and filled out an application and the other company was only hiring drivers in all I spent 807.00 and I am still unemployed. I hope these scam artists are caught and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
