Security Storage Company Of Raleigh lost, moving, inventory, full replacement value, insurance, C. Grant Cunningham, Security Storage, piano, lost unporofessional Raleigh North Carolina

Security Storage of Raleigh,NC with C. Grant Cunningham and their General Manager lost my mid sized grand Piano while moving my home goods from one warehouse location to another. They never told me they were doing this. C.Grant Cunningham would not call me back when I would inquire as to 'where my piano was". I had to call the Corporate office to get someone to find out. I was paying xtra for Climate controlled storage and they couldn't find it. I had to eventually get a lawyer, fly to NC from CA. to take video ensuring that the piano was taken care of.

THEN when i recently got all of my goods out of storage and sent to Ohio through Mayflower, I had a whole sheet of missing inventory form Security Storage and was never taken by All American Mayflower Raleigh,NC to their warehouse before bringing my goods to me in Ohio.
I had full replacement value and All American Mayflower said that they were going to work with Security Storage to subrogate. They havent done a thing and Security Storage said No, they weren't going to do it. An employee of Security Storage ( who was fired as a result of telling me this) told me that "they probably lost the stuff during one of their three moves"..I never knew they moved that many times.

I got a lawyer now and we are going to do everything possible to advertise this so that NO ONE ELSE has to go through this and no one else has to hire a lawyer. You shouldn't have to!

C. Grant Cunningham was so rude and indifferentand deceptive..he never even got on the phone once to me to talk about it--instead he dealt through that poor former employee who WAS telling the truth and got in trouble for it.
