This device was purchased over other cheap imitations (their words) because it supposedly work with Mac OS even the new one (again their words).  When I received the product it would not work on my MacBook nor my MacBook Pro, nor on my 12 y/os brand new HP computer with Windows 7.  I contacted the business via e-mail requesting a complete refund as well as putting in a dispute on PayPal.

 Bill who assured that the product worked shortly contacted me via e-mail and it had to be my computer that caused the problem.  It wasnt very long before several e-mails were generated stating that the product did not work as stated and I asked for a replacement on the product.  After I had sent an e-mail requesting such I received an e-mail from Bill telling my to have one of my children interpret his e-mail (that I had not yet received).

 Here is an example of the last e-mail received by him:

 I own this business.I'm 60.   been self employed since grad from B.U. 73"   no I don't have a phd or masters. My business ships over 20,000 customers yearly.  That is a ton of biz.and I still take the time to correspond almost nonstop with you..If you can find any competitor in my biz.that has 1/100th of the information for any of our products presented on their website..I will eat my hat..  I WANT your business and go to exhausting lengths to "try" to make everyone satisfied. 

 This device is operating 100%........it is recognizable on every customer's computer to date.  except yours....we have sold over 6,000 of this device!.

My suggestion is you enjoy using this device in conjunction with the PC either for professional use or entertainment. You are however still invited to return your entire purchase..as it would make no sense to return only the working device.

The product DOES NOT WORK with Mac OS and Bill is a condescending arrogant used-car salesman. He rambles on and on about how he sells thousands of units a month and has never had any customer complaints. So aside from the many I have found on Google I guess I will be the first!

Bottom line do not get suckered in like I did.  Buy from anywhere else aside from this site!  Buyer beware!
