Securus technologies Charging Exorbitant Rates & Not allowing Phone Calls Dallas, Texas Nationwide

This  can't company charges outrageous  rate ws & fees to put money on inmate accounts, then disallows the inmates to use the funds. I repeatedly placed funds on my brothers account he would call me Securus would then charge him $1.99 + tax then ask to charge me $15.00 to take the call I never would receive the call & we were both being billed!!

Calling customer service is a complete waste of time as they give no funds & blame cell phone carriers for this problem.  The video visit is $5 per visit from home yet it doesn't work from home & you can't see them!! They did away with in person or behind the glass visits so you must go through them a complete Ripoff! I've spent hundreds & it's only been a few weeks!

Something has to be done about correctional phone systems this is flat out ridiculous & nothing short of stealing money!
