Securustech Securus Dropping Calls For No Reason. No Refund. Internet

My husband is an inmate at a correctional facility. Securustech is the telephone provider that enables us to talk to each other.  They constantly drop our calls stating that it's because of a third party being on the line when there isn't. Every time a call is connected I am charged even when they drop the call.  This adds up. They will not refund the charges even though they see we didn't talk because of their interruption.  They blame it on the cell phone even though anybody else can call me with no problems on the same cell line. They told me that there must be background noise; when I'm sitting in a completely noise free room. It's ridiculou!  And they monopolize the inmate phone services so they get away with it. They also tell my husband that I've hung up the call in the middle of our conversation. Again he has to call back and there is another connection charge.  Lately I've spent more money on the connection charges than the actual calls.  If you have to use this service be aware that you will be spending a whole lot more than you think, and for the most part,  unnecessarily.
