Sedalia Police Department No Insurance - No Problem Sedalia Missouri

No car insurance - no problem. Sedalia Police stopped someone I know and gave her a ticket for not having car insurance.  The Sedalia Police went easy on her when they wrote the ticket because she was stopped for a much more serious infraction.  Her name did not appear in the Sedalia paper under police reports.  Six months later she paid a small fine and pleaded down to deffective equipment. Yes, she probably had insurance on the day she made her plea bargain and paid her fine.  Does she still have car insurance?  Probably not.  Did she have car insurance during the six months she was still driving before her court date?  Probably not.  The next time you get hit by someone without car insurance you can personally blame Judge Deborah Gillespie Mitchell.  Just another day in Sedalia, small town USA.
