I HAVE BEEN OFF SICK WITH THOROUGH DR. AND LAB DOCUMENTATION OF MY MEDICAL PROBLEM.

What are you talking about??? If you are disabled what is it??? As for Class action the only person(s) who profit are the lawyers - you would be lucky to get a couple of bucks.
