sees candy fraud on cash rebate Nationwide

We placed three orders through mr,rebate clicks on See's Candy. It is 7% cash back. Our three orders' total amount was over $1500. We should have received over $105 in cash rebate. See's candy only give us $21.63. After we filed discrpency on mr.rebate and mr.rebate contacted see's candy, their reponse is 'Some of the items were apparently not eligible'.

The issue here is they didn't claim that what item is not eligible and what item is eligible at the first place. They make up a rule after we placed the order. I am sure if I didn't place 3 $500 orders, instead, if I placed 100 $15 orders, I would received all 7% cash rebate. 

We place over $1500 orders on sees candy every year for the last 2 years before Christmas as business gifts. And this is how they treat us. Well....$1500 goes to Godvia next year. Thank you sees, trying to save yourself $83 and you will lose $1500 busienss. How great and smart you are!

This is fraud and cheating. When they commit to give you 7% back without listing what is eligible and what is not. And honestly, all the products we bought are the same. There is no way some are eligible and some are not. It is business gift, we basically bought the same thing for everything. Dishonest business practice.
