Originally refinanced with Oak Street Mortgage about 6 years ago. Then, SLS took over our loan and now SPS. We originally did an Interest only adj rate loan. SPS currently says no record of any interest only on original deed. Since SPS took over our loan, we have been reported 26 times late. Our bank statements show we have paid every month. The "adjustable rate" loan seems to change by the day. One conversation with SPS the monthly payment changed with in 2 hours when I called back later.

We may have short paid our payments by a few dollars and did not know of the rate change, BUT have never missed a payment. We are STUCK with SPS because of the 26 late payments they claim we have. We are in default of the loan all the time. It is hard to get an actual amount we owe to catch up. Therefor unbelievable service and late fees are added. We just want a fixed rate, they wont help, and we can not get another broker or mortgage company to refinance with because of our 26 late report and default. HELP!!!
