This company continues to use the same practices that they were supposed to stop using when they settled the class action lawsuit. Now they are trying to stop us from selling our home by putting undue obstacles in our way. They even told me that I had no right to the appraisal they had on file for the house. I had to force them to give me info that I have every right to. We are losing our home to a short sell and they are trying to get much more than what it is worth at this time. My mortgage with them is actually owned by B of A which is also B of NY.

We need to get this company stopped. Their practices have caused me new health problems. The existing health problems have been further aggravated by their continual abuse of the system and homeowners like myself.
