Did you know the Tom Basijian is still a director with Select Portfolio even though he was supposed to be terminated as part of the agreement settled with the FTC??? And i quote from the settlement: "that Defendant (Basijian) be permanently restrained and enjoined in connection with the servicing of any loan" yet he is a Director at Select Portfolio Servicing. So every person who has their mortgage with Select get an attorney and start suing them for this violation among many! Lets be informed!

I am filing a complaint because not only have they violated the terms of the 2003 settlement, they have violated Federal Laws such as Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, never responding to my dispute within 20 days as court ordered and my list goes on and on. I am contacting the Federal Trade Commission-here are some names and phone numbers-lets bombard every institution in the country to shut their doors once and for all.
