Sell It Now Motors I can't believe I was soooo naive! Las Vegas Nevada

I was contacted about placing an ad for my car during the week of Dec. 22, 2008. I spoke to a man named Richard Frank, who informed me that since my car was listed several times on Portland, OR Craigslist ( I have no idea how they knew this) and each time decreasing my asking price, he said that their website could be of service to me, offering me a wider buying audience. He said it was a "special" in place for $250 that my car would be listed on their website, and if it had not sold in 90 days I would get my money back.

I began my listing on Dec. 22, 2008 around 5:30 pm. I was then contacted by several people via email, all of which turned out to be car scammers. I actually received a $10,000 check from one of these men, which I did not act on. For some reason, I just felt uneasy about them all due to the fact that all of them were asking me to forward money on to their personal shipping company. I have kept all the emails to prove our communications, if you are interested.

Because I wasn't sure what to do about all of these scams, I contacted Sell It Now Motors MULTIPLE times via email and phone message and was NEVER called back or contacted. I have since found multiple postings online about the unethical business practices that this company has. I didn't know what else to do besides file a complaint.

In about 60 days, I am apparently eligible for my money refunded if the car has not sold, but according to all these postings, I will never get. Please help! I want out of it all, its a scam!

I encourage ALL of us to file a complaint with BBB and FTC, both of which I have done. Let's do what we can to shut this business down!
