I bought a LG G4 phone off of Sell Phone Basement LLC on Amazon that was listed as new. After 4 months its stopped working completely. My receipt from amazon did not have a serial number for the phone that is required for warranty purposes from LG.
I still sent it in to LG for repair, but the phone was sent back unrepaired do to the fact that it was actually refurbished by a third party. Amazon did the right thing and let me return the phone for a full refund.
I wouldn't buy anything from Sell Phone Basement LLC on Amazon if I were you. Dishonest about the condition of the products they are selling.
