I had read on the internet that they would pay top dollar for selling my iPhone 4S.  Got an online quote and requested a package to mail my phone to them.  Got the package in about 3 days and sent my phone to them.  Got notified on September 4 that they received my phone.  No problems thus far, things are great.  The advised me that I was getting the original offer and I just needed to accept.  Well, I never read the email and just assumed that they would send me a check by default.  I waited a few days and decided to send them an email about missing that I needed to accept the offer.  The emailed be back right away and said the check would go out that day and I should receive it with-in 3 - 5 days.  Still, so far so good.

Wait 5 days and emailed them that I did not receive a check and they stated they would send out another one.  Still no big deal, things like this happen all the time.  Well, upon emailing them for a third time with regards to a check, never receiving a SECOND check, things start to get messy.  We are already 3 weeks into a process that was only supposed to be about 10 days.  I found a telephone number and contacted them on the phone because NO ONE returned my email about not receiving the second check.  She tells me that she is going to send the check via USPS with a tracking number.  When I was on the phone with her I did not get the tracking number thinking they still might do their job.  Surprise, no check.

I called them AGAIN on October 2 (1 FULL month after they received my phone) and she gave me the tracking number.  She also stated that she emailed me the information.  At the same time I get the email from her, I get an email stating that payment has been made on my accont and I should receive payment with-in 3 - 5 days.  Well, still no payment.  Checked the USPS website with the infomation that she provided and it shows that "electronic information has been sent" on October 2.  As of today, October 7, 2013, there has been no update.

I have tried calling these people NUMEROUS times and am getting really frustrated.  A process that should have taken 10 - 14 days has taken almost a month an a half.  What is the problem over there?  No one responds to emails, frequently answers the phone, but nothing but lies when they do!

Beware of this company.  I will keep this updated until it is resolved!
