SellandRecycle.com Sold 2 phones to them - Never Seen Payment or phones back Chula Vista California

In June of 2014 I sent in Two phones to the Company a Samsung Galaxy SIII and an Iphone 4s.  they made a quote of about 70 bucks per phone.  When i got the Email From them after they recieved the phones they stated that the ESN's were bad and were only giving about 30 bucks on each phone.  Declined the Offer.  I was then offered $70 for both Devices.  they claimed they would send it back only after i paid them 9 bucks.  i read the terms.  the Value is AT their Descresion.  so they can quote one price then say oh no its not that it is another price and now we need 9 bucks to get your phones back to you.

i emailed them back saying that i wanted them to send the phones back.  THat email was sent on June 4th.  I sent them an email stating that i wanted my phones back no payment to them for no reason . No Reply.  Emailed them on July 21st.  They sent an email back stating that payment would be rendered with in 24 hours.  thats not what i wanted i want my phones back.   I sent them Emails July 22nd, July 26th and then on October 2nd with no reply or phones being sent out.  I Want my phones back.
