On October 12th, 2006 I purchased a DVD SET for $35.00 from this seller, On October 13th, 2006, I sent the payment via PAYPAL to the seller. AS of Today Nov 30th, I have NOT received the DVD and the seller will NOT respond to emails, or refund MY MONEY, I filed a Claim with PAYPAL, but they claim the seller does not have the funds available for me to get MY Money back. PAYPAL also claims that this seller is not enrolled in the PAYPAL buyer protection plan, so a refund is not guaranteed.
However on PAYPAL's web site they claim the following : >

BUT Because I paid through PAYPAL, they just keep referring me back to PAYPAL. I AM OUT the DVD SET AND THE MONEY.

There's something wrong here. Why didn't you leave negative feedback for Phillyus02? If you did leave a negative then is it possible you made an error in the Ebay member ID? There is no negative feedbacks from buyers for Phillyus02 at all now.
