Selloldcellphone.com ripoff Aventura Florida

I sold two phones(motorola i730 & i205) to selloldcellphone.com for total of 50 dollars. I730-$39.00, I205- $5.00 and since it was shipped in less than 5 days their promotion to pay shipping charges: $6.00

their terms were to mail the phone to them and in 30 days I would recieve my check. so I went through and they offered $50 for my phones, so I did the sale and sent my phone to them, it also stated in the email if I emailed them the tracking it would speed up payment. so I did so.

few days after they recieved the phone their site disapeared and their emails bounce back today
all I want is either my $50 payment, or my phones back in original shape I sent.
