I went to a free better trades seminer in 2004. They said that we will make live trade on the first day in class so they told everyone that have a laptop to bring it with them.

They also said that you will get a refund on the first day if you don't like what you hear. But Doug beat around the bush til 12:00pm he really didn't go into deal on how to trade. So I was think he was doing that so people wouldn't get to much free information. So I stayed after 12:00 pm but I wish I would have ask for a refund because it is not worth 3000.00 for someone to to show you funny commercial all day and just try to sell you more product by them. I don't just have money to give away like that.

Please don't be a victim like me by this company. They tell you that you can get a refund in 6 month if you don't make what you paid for the class but there is no way you will make that money because the don't teach you anything. The information they tell you can get it free on the internet and books. I know it is a long time when I took the class but it still affect me now.

Please keep you money and don't just give it away to Bettertrades.

BETTER TRADES - EDUCATION

AUTHOR: Cardiocms - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 23, 2008

I have been reading the comments about better trades and Fred Ricks. I have gone through the program and although there are other tools and products that he sells, most of the information is available for free on the internet, but he puts everything together and just makes it easier. THe course itself is excellent and I have been through other seminars such as Stock Investor which is a complete waste of money as is the coaching offered. Fred Ricks understands that you cant become a trader after taking one weekend seminar however, there is a tremendous amount of information given which is excellent and if you truly work at it, you can do very well. He states that this is education and of course they are not going to give specific buy and sell recommendations - no program out there will do this. This program gives a tremendous amount of great information which the person needs to listen to and go over and over and over it and practice specific techniques on paper first. $3000 spent on this course is well worth it because if you go out and try to trade without it, you will spend way more than that on losses. I would challenge anyone out there who thought that this course was bad to find another that is better.
HIs course is very comprehensive but you are not going to become a professional tennis player or golfer by taking a weekend course. The concepts are simple but many people who take these courses want a get rich quick scheme - and that doesnt work. If you want to see real rip-offs, try the real estate courses that promise riches beyond your dreams
I would be willing to talk with those who feel they were ripped off on this trading education.
