Send Out Cards charged my Credit Card, points expire & can't be used toward gifts unless you purchase MORE stamps$$$$ New York Utah

signed up for Send Out cards, charged our business credit card.  Used the service for awhile and then decided to use the points for gifts.  Found out that my Points which I paid for where to expire and that I could not use the points for the Shipping as well as the Gifts- the CATCH was you needed to use them up within a certain amount of time BUT NOT FOR SHIPPING Gifts- why was my MONEY good for taking, but not for SHIPPING GIFTS??????  They where very smug in attitude and flat out told me I needed to add MORE $$ to use up my points or lose them.  I lost alot of money, would not recommend this company to any small business.  I was taken.  Foolish on my part and I hope you do not use this company, but if you want to send gifts , do it on your own. .  ITS a Nasty business to make you spend more $$$.  WOULD NOT Recommend, just wasted my money that I thought I could use.  Had to call Credit Card Company to stop being deducted.  DON"T SIGN UP.
