Senior Solutions ripping off medicaid failing to transport patients to and from doctor appointments and dialysis getting paid by medicaid Greenville South Carolina

Senior Solutions has recently gained a contract with MTM, Medical Transportation (mis)management. MTM is a broker which schecules transportation for seniors who are medicaid participants.

Senior Solutions fails to follow through on scheduled transportation obligations on a regular basis, and refuses to take responsibility. I work in the senior care industry and am responsible for scheduling transportation for seniors to doctor appontments, dialysis, and for medical proceedures. Over the past two weeks, since SS has been assigned to our area, they have failed to transport my clients properly over six times. Once, they left a man at his doctor's office and never returned to pick him up, even after having been called numerous times by me and the doctor's office. I finally had to pick him up myself.

Another client has been late for his dialysis appointments every day, and several days (when they showed up at all to take him) he was not returned home until someone from our office picked him up.

Because MTM is telling me that the appointments were sent to SS, I am sure SS and MTM are both billing medicaid for transportation they never provided. Not only are these companies wreaking havoc on the lives of seniors, they are also committing medicaid fraud.
