SENIOR SOULMATES BOGUS Internet

 This website is a robot. There is no one to talk to. The only customer service contact is an email address. You get a lot of messages free but you have to sign up with your credit card to read them. Then when you answer the message you won't get a reply unless the person who contacted you is a signed up customer also. So it is a crap shoot as to who is a paid member. Thus, a big waste of time and money. I demanded a refund, but was told they do not give refunds. They have your credit card information and will renew your subscription so I inadvertently found an 877 number to cancel the auto renewal. The 877 number was answered by a foreign country operator. I demanded an email confirming the cancellation, but I am guessing it will not be honored. I may have to close my credit card account.
