I signed up to try a "free sample" or shipping charges of $4.95 of this weight loss product.  Gave authorization for shipping charges only.  Did not receive product.  Charges made of $98.00+ within 30 days, despite complaints to phone# provided online, assurances that they would send product, later assurances that I would not be charged any further fees for no product I am still being charged every month or so.

Have filed complaint and dispute with bank of america, and am pursuing refunds or reversal of charges.
