Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

nothing on their site indicates that you are signing up for monthly subscriptions.  It is advertised as free trial and before you know it you are hit with 89.95 billed to your the card you gave for the postage price of 9.95 and their website does not give you an e-mail address, customer service is unhelpful and rude and will not accept your cancellation over the phone, and when you sign into your account, they having provided you with a password, because when you ordered the "trial" you did not activate said account, they do not give you the option of cancelling either.   Basically I have the same problem as everyone on here.    Their address if anyone is interested is Sensa Products LLC, 2301 Rosecrans Avenue, Suite 1150, El Segundo, CA 90245 4967 and I would suggest all complaints go there.

Yes, under the terms and conditions, you are perfectly correct, one would then see that they are subscribing for a product unless they cancel within the thirty days.  This is where your rip off occurs, nothing, absolutely nothing, on your site indicates this and unless the consumer scrolls down your web page to the fine print at the very bottom and hits on the link regarding "terms and conditions" we are completely left in the dark until we receive a bill at the end of the month.   Statistics show that the majority of consumers do not do this and SENSA has fully taken advantage of the same, your web page should indicate in big bold letters what we are exactly ordering and or direct us to the terms and conditions, playing on a very think line within the Law, is actually what scam artists do.
