Sensible Home Warranty Fraud Alert!!! Makes false statements about check that had been in the mail on a claim I filed 3 months ago that never was mailed. Sparks, Nevada

Filed a claim 7/2/12 for 380.00 which has never been paid. Called customer service 3 different time and each time they said check was in the mail. Filed a claim with Sensible Home Warranty 2 July 12 for an AC motor issue. They processed the claim and said a check will be issued for 380.00 and to please allow 4-6 weeks for delievery.

Called them again on or around Sept 10th and they said that I should of recieved the check and that they will issue another check to me and should be there by 21 Sep 12. Called back again on Sep 25 12 and they said to please wait 10 buisness days to recieve the check and that a manager assurred us we would have a check by last friday the 5th of Oct.

No check has ever come and they continue to make excuses as to why we haven't recieved our check. It's been 3 months!!!!
