Senate of Pennsylania Mr. Robert M.Tomlinson letter 9/18/1996 from James F.Cawley Legisiative Director. There are matters in which our office can assist. Let me assure you that we are investigating those matters and we will keep you informed of our progress. 11/8/1996 I spoke to sentor tomlimson and he stated he would inquired with James Cawley again and have him get back to me.

In my opinion this is passing the buck! By this time I feel my investigation must have been buried with some of Sentor Tomlimson other work.
