SERENITY VAN LINES LLC PAID $2000 DEPOSIT AND CANCELLED MOVE THEY WILL ONLY REFUND $500 CAPE CORAL Florida

On July 10, 2008 I contracted with Serenity Van Lines LLC to move our furniture from Naples, Florida to Eden Prairie, Minnesota and gave them a refundable deposit of $2000. Due to our inability to sell our home I was forced to cancel by phone the move on August 12, 2008.

Efforts by phone was made on August 20, August 25 to get refund. On September 3 a refund check of $500 was written by John Leonard and mailed. I deposited tha check on September 5.

Follow-up phone calls to recover the $1500 balance were made on September 25 and after were made with many promises of payment. on November 5 my contact John Leonard advised that I should now contact Jon Minto as he had purchased the business.

After repeated phone attempts to contact Mr. Minto I suceeded on November 14 . He advised that he would not pay balance of $1500.
