Service America Refuse to fix airconditioner which I have covered in my contract Ft Lauderdale, Florida

 I have had Service America for years, and they used to be very good. In the last few years they have gone down hill at full speed. When you call, you wait FOREVER for someone to answer the phone, then they schedule your appointment days to weeks apart. They send a guy who gets paid hourly who in not a licensed electrician to fix my aircondtioner, it worked one day, I called back, it was a Sunday and they don't take airconditioning calls on Sun. ( HELLO This IS FLA!!) I checked into a hotel for 2 days, I called back Mon 8am, They can't get anyone here till Wed, I add on 2 more days to my hotel, Wed no show! Parts dept called and said I need new compressor and man will come Thurs between 8-12,  1030 company calls..tech called in sick, will send me someone else later in day, 5pm tech shows, says coil bad compressor bad, calls boss who says he was putting condemned on my compressor and unless I agree to buy a whole new airconditioner from them they will not fix it. I called and tried to explain to boss that THEY had just put new airconditioner in 2 years ago but he insists he has no record of that, (which is bull) He said after 2008 the attorney general said they can not change a condensor nor a airhandler without changing both parts, Well they did the airhandler a few years ago, the compressor last year, the compressor last week and now their gonna follow the law? Looks like they've been breaking it for years. It has now been 7 days with no air and the guy left without fixing anything! I paid over $800.00 for this contract, They are ripping people off!!
