Service King Collision Repair Eddie Lennox retaliation on a whistle blower, obstruction of justice ripoffRichardson Texas

i was employed by service king. I won the position after doing what they at service king told me. I completed in six weeks what they said would have taken them six months to complete. I was at service king for several months in many positions. I notice that the parts departments almost always showed a profit, recieving monthly bonuses. Even at the time I was laid off due to a lack of business, and I had offered the company several fleet accounts, service king never following through close a deal.

I by now had discovered in fact, the part departments method of profit and was very concerned. I was certin that eddie lennox was not aware of this in his company, still am. I contacted the texas department of insurance, and the spent 52 days trying to contact mr. lennox. I was laid off before he contacted me on thanksgiving eve 2003. Lennox and I discussed the situation for over an hour. He had called me at home. He commited to a meeting on the folling tuesday, to discuss the suspected fraud allegations, and labor violations, concerning my lay off, and obstruction of justice buy several service king employees.

The meeting never happened. I was arrested for harrasment. The texas department of insurance never came to my aid. I still have the evidence. I stiil feel lennox was innocent, as I was, am and will prove. I think if the insurance partners, and consumers of service king were aware of the way parts were returned, on repair orders, and how the parts department monthly profits and bonuses were paid due to these business practices, all would see the rip off.

Please contact me for anyof my agreeed injuntions or copies of court document showing how service kings attornies were left untold about suspected insurance fraud, as I did make them aware of the suspected fraud, and as their duty as officers of the court in the state of texas, they were obligated to bring this to the courts attention.
