Seterus took money from our escrow to pay our home owners insurance.  Their check bounced.  Our insurance company notified us.  Seterus took the Non Suffecient Funds Charge from THEIR check, and took money from our account to pay for it.  We did our part- we had the funds to cover our insurance, but THEIR check bounced.  After multiple callls- we get no where and are told they will call us back- but they never have and they refuse to put the money back into our account that they stole!
