Seterus Inc Fraud, Bankruptcy, Mortgage, Witholding funds OR

My exhusband filed for bankruptcy after our divorce was finalized and the property quit claim deed was signed. Due to being upside down, Ihave not refinnaced to remove him  Seterus has been withholding all mortgage statements for two years.  They refuse to procide them even through I've been paying the loan on time for the 5 years it has been with Seterus.  They still get their monthly payment. They refuse to let me speak with the legal department about this. I believe I have a right to these statements as a paying consumer.  During a modification with Citimortgage, they over charged me by $115. It was discharged per a recorded VM from Citimortgage, but they never applied it to my account. Seterus then received the loan and attempted to continue collecting this until a year long battle with lots of bankstatements and letters ensued. They removed the remaining debt, but refused to give me back my year of over payment for these false charges or apply the overages to my account.

At the moment, they are currently withholding an overpayment off $877.  I have asked when this will be returned to me and I have received different answers (under 30 days, 30 days, 30 to 45 days).  They expect my payment within 15 days, I expect my repayment in the same time and do not feel this is unreasonable.  I could be earning interest on this money!

They tell me to submit all of my requests in writing, but they never respond to them. The only way I get a response is to contact the BBB or CFPB.  Then Seterus will upload the documents they supposedly mailed.  However, neither of these agencies actually take action against Seterus so they act in an thical manner.
